What better than after an intense day, disconnect, relax the mind or start the day balancing your body! The group will be placed on the mats and will follow during the activity the instructions of the yoga teacher. They will learn corpo-muscular techniques and psycho-neuronal techniques. Finally, together we will share the experience and questions will be resolved. A great experience to find the balance of body and mind!
In carrying out these guided exercises, you become more observant. Carrying out the breathing and relaxation techniques enables you to calm your mind and attain greater bodily and sensory awareness.
